Students build critical thinking, collaboration, and digital skills through engaging, tech-driven experiences designed to inspire curiosity and confidence in a supportive community setting.

Make it in Minecraft
Come make it in Minecraft with us using Minecraft Education Edition, an immersive game-based learning platform where children will bring the real world into the digital one building with blocks in Minecraft. Students will compete and build in a variety of
challenges and worlds from a mining competition to sailing ships to houses in the trees. They will create everything themselves from scratch using just the Minecraft blocks, their mining and crafting talents and their imaginations and ingenuity.
Open to 1st–5th grade students. Fee: $133.

Tiffany Henry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and leads Computer Explorers, bringing over 30 years of experience introducing technology and coding to young learners. At the MACC, she teaches engaging classes like app development that make STEM concepts fun and accessible, guiding students through hands-on projects that integrate creativity with computer science. Tiffany lives in Signal Mountain with her family and is passionate about helping kids build confidence and skill in technology.
