At the Mountain Arts Community Center, Learning & Technology programs blend creativity, innovation, and hands-on exploration. Students build critical thinking, collaboration, and digital skills through engaging, tech-driven experiences designed to inspire curiosity and confidence in a supportive community setting.

Tuesdays, February 17th-April 7th (no class 3/17)

Magic Minecraft
Join us for a fun and creative Minecraft Education experience where students explore, build, and collaborate in an engaging game-based environment. After completing mini-challenges to build their skills, students will work together in multiplayer worlds to design a Minecraft version of Disney’s Magic Kingdom—complete with a haunted mansion, Jungle Cruise, and Thunder Mountain roller coaster.

Open to 1st–5th grade students. Fee: $179.

Tiffany Henry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and leads Computer Explorers, bringing over 30 years of experience introducing technology and coding to young learners. At the MACC, she teaches engaging classes like app development that make STEM concepts fun and accessible, guiding students through hands-on projects that integrate creativity with computer science. Tiffany lives in Signal Mountain with her family and is passionate about helping kids build confidence and skill in technology.
