Art & Creative

At the MACC, our Art & Creative programs inspire imagination for all ages. From visual arts and pottery to hands-on workshops and gallery exhibits, students explore their creativity, build skills, and express themselves in a supportive, fun environment.

Thursdays 4:15-5:15, March 5-26

Drawing with Sara
Drawing doesn’t have to be about making things look perfectly realistic. In this class, students will explore drawing as a way to express ideas, feelings, and imagination—much like writing a poem. Guided by Sara, young artists will develop their own personal, whimsical style while learning new drawing techniques. Students will be encouraged to stretch their creativity, experiment with a variety of art materials, and confidently explore new visual ideas. Throughout the session, they’ll create lots of exploratory drawings and complete several original finished artworks, building both skill and creative confidence along the way.

Ages 6 and up. Fee: $20 per class or $80 for four weeks.
