Yoga for Adults (Seniors Welcome)
A 60-minute hatha yoga flow for beginners to intermediate yogis. A therapeutic and nurturing class aims to increase flexibility and strengthen the body through postures with proper alignment and mindful breathing techniques.
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Thursday evening 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Yoga for Kids
Classes focus on making yoga fun and beneficial for kids, so the practice becomes a habit over their growing years.
Schedule: Thursday 4:30-5:15 p.m.
