The study of Ryushin Shouchi Ryu (Japanese Swordsmanship).  You will study the art concepts of precision through a style of swordsmanship and learn focus, self-esteem and a lifestyle of calmness.  The art consists of breathing control, focus of movement, learning through practice, and friendship through community.
