The Briars are a Chattanooga based Americana duo featuring Jerris Schmidt and Robert Lovett, each sharing lead and harmony vocals, and each on guitar and percussion. The two also write, both separately and collaboratively, and the results are sure to please anyone who appreciates modern, melodic songs with acoustic textures rooted in traditional American music. Their first full length album, "Feet", showcases their abilities as writers and performers, and brings life and color to the different styles of their songs. Vocal harmonies are the bow that ties everything together. The joy of working together truly comes through when they share their heartfelt, homemade music.

Joylene is an Americana singer songwriter who loves being a part of the local music scene in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  She is inspired by female songwriters such as Joni Mitchell, Patty Griffin, and Brandi Carlile and loves acoustic folk rock music.  When not playing music, Joylene spends time as a marriage and family therapist passionate about the recovery community.  These themes are a part of her songwriting and she often expresses  gratitude for music and the healing gift that music is.

The TN Ruminators are John Rawlston and Kathy Veazey, husband and wife and Chattanooga natives who have been playing together since 2001.  Two albums of their original material were released with their previous band Lumbar Five. More recently, they have been collaborating with each other as well as other songwriters and musicians as they continue to record and perform their songs about life in their particular and peculiar corner of the Southeast.
