About
Restorative Yoga is a very gentle practice designed to calm the nervous system and create overall health in the body. In supported yoga postures, breathing and meditative techniques are applied and a profound sense of relaxation can infuse one’s entire being which leads to well-being.
Known as the yoga of non-doing, it focuses on effortlessness and ease, using well-placed blankets, bolsters, yoga straps to safely support the body in various postures to invoke a natural state of balance, regeneration, and deep rest.
Singing bowls produce a vibrational sound that resonates with the chakra of your body, strengthening your energetic field, improving your health and directly affects your brain wave activity. Scientific analyses of electromagnetic brainwaves confirms that the waves produced by singing bowls produce alpha waves in our brain giving a feeling of deep relaxation, stimulates healing, creates feelings of peace and overall well-being.
Join us for this special restorative yoga class and bathe in healing vibrational sounds.
$20 per person. Bring 2 blankets, 2 pillows, a yoga mat and blocks and a strap if you have.
