The candidate forum will be held on July 14th at 7:00pm at the Mountain Arts Community Center, 809 Kentucky Ave., Signal Mountain, TN.  If you would like to ask the candidates a question just complete the form below and submit.  Your name will not be used at the forum or given to the candidates.
