Instructor: Jennie Niles 6 Week Class (2 classes per week) Monday & Thursday 6-7 PM Zumba Gold is a fun, one-hour, lower impact, dance fitness class for any age, but is specifically geared for beginners and older active adults, using blends of various genres of music and dance to focus on cardiovascular health, muscular conditioning, flexibility, coordination and balance. Zumba Gold meets the American Council on Exercise (ACE) guidelines for improving and maintaining cardio-respiratory fitness.

Our kids’ yoga program is designed to give the kids a sense of being able to feel and experience what’s going on in their body and mind. They gain the ability to control their emotion and stress response which changes their behavior in a very positive way. Regular practice builds confidence, increased flexibility, mindfulness and a healthy balance between the mind, body and spirit. Classes include stories, games, breathing techniques, postures with proper body alignment, guided relaxation and meditation.
