ZUMBA GOLD - NEW Begins Mon., Aug. 19 Instructor: Jennie Niles 6 Week Class (2 classes per week) Aug. 19 & 22; 26 & 29; Sept. 5; 9 & 12; 16 & 19; 23 & 26, and the last class will be on Sept. 30. Monday & Thursday 6-7 PM Jennie will offer 1 FREE DEMO class on Thursday, Aug. 15th at 6:00 PM. Zumba Gold is a fun, one-hour, lower impact, dance fitness class for any age, but is specifically geared for beginners and older active adults, using blends of various genres of music and dance to focus on cardiovascular health, muscular conditioning, flexibility, coordination and balance. Zumba Gold meets the American Council on Exercise (ACE) guidelines for improving and maintaining cardio-respiratory fitness.
